A couple of people have asked me recently why I am not doing any decent or longer walks lately, and if I am injured.
The reason is because my wife is not well and I can only get out and do a walk when the carer is in attendance and that is only for a limited time each week. Consequently I have to fit in a walk when I can, and of course they can be only local walks and of a shorter distance than what I would prefer. I don't see this changing in the near future.
